• Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been customized or personalized unless they are defective.

2. Defective or Damaged Items:

• We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

• Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
• Please securely package the item and affix the return shipping label to the package.
• Drop off the package at your nearest postal service location.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.

6. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
